Continuing Education

To maintain real estate licenses in the state of Wisconsin, real estate licensees must complete 18 hours of continuing education (CE) every two years. The 18 hours must include completion of 3 hours for each of the 6 required course topics listed below. There are no longer elective courses as part of the 18 required hours.

Wed, Oct 13, CE Courses 1 & 2
Mandatory Course 1 – Wisconsin Listing Contracts (9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., plus exam)

Mandatory Course 2 – Wisconsin Offers to Purchase (1:00 – 4:00 p.m., plus exam)

Wed, Oct 20, CE Courses 3 & 4
Mandatory Course 3 – Wisconsin New Developments (9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., plus exam)

Mandatory Course 4 – Wisconsin Risk Reduction Through Professionalism* (1:00 - 4:00 p.m., plus exam)

*Meets N.A.R. Code of Ethics Requirement

Wed, Oct 27, CE Courses 5 & 6

Mandatory Course 5 – Wisconsin Real Estate Law and Practice (9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., plus exam)

Mandatory Course 6 – Wisconsin Real Estate Transactions (1:00 – 4:00 p.m., plus exam)
