If you are a licensed sales agent or broker or a certified or licensed appraiser, you will be joining LARA as a REALTOR® member. Membership in a local association automatically extends your membership to the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association and the National Association of REALTORS®.
If you do not hold a real estate license but work in the industry, you will be joining LARA as an Affiliate member. Fields include mortgage & banking, title services and others like law, home warranty, home inspection, surveyors, vacation rentals and more. By joining you will establish relationships with REALTORS® and other industry partners that can help your business grow.
Members have opportunities to serve their association and further their professional development by being on a committee. These leadership experiences help expand your network and strengthen your ties within the local industry while also being directly involved in advancing LARA’s mission.
